I help individuals navigate life's challenges by building the skills to stay connected to what truly matters. My approach is collaborative, tailored to each person, and grounded in the belief that everyone has inherent strengths that can be developed.
Drawing from Japanese Psychology (Morita Therapy), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and evidence-based strategies for behaviour change, we focus on strengthening emotional resilience, enhancing thinking skills, and creating clarity around values, direction, and priorities.
Sessions are practical and person-centred, offering space to understand what’s going on while also supporting long-term growth. We may also explore how lifestyle factors—such as sleep, movement, and breathing—impact mood, attention, and wellbeing.
Life can be unpredictable, but with the right support, it's possible to live with more clarity, connection, and meaning, even amidst challenges.
